As the country duo harmonizes as they sing with truth and honesty, Rolling Stone acclaimed Maddie Marlow and Taylor Dye as one of “10 New Artists You Need to Know.” Marlow and Dye paired up at age 15 through their vocal coach and went off to Nashville for a summer camp publishing deal, where they met Big Machine’s SVP of A&R Allison Jones. Both aspired for Nashville. The dream became reality in 2013 when they relocated, searching to make a voice for themselves. And they did just that with their hit song “Girl In A Country Song.” Taking “bro-country lyrics,” the duo sang from the girl in cut-off short’s perspective. Their voices soar in their known songs, “Fly” and “Sierra.”
